"Unprofessional Doctor"

Just had an appointment with a doctor at the health centre for my daughter today at 12:20pm. After expressing our concerns and liaising with the doctor we were was asked whether we'd used "google" to see what the symptoms were saying. Like seriously!!!!

If I wanted to use why google why would I come to see you??? I took time out of my work to attend to see a "professional" only to be told to use google. We waited as a family for 30 mins before being seen and we feel like we have been fobbed off and have not been listened to at all.

Ridiculous!
