I called Monday morning and was told I needed to wait till Friday to speak to a doctor as I got worse I called 111 who informed me they had issued a appointment for a doctor to call me. No call called the surgery this morning was told the doctor would call me today. No call called again and told that 111 hadn't been intouch when I insisted they had they said we don't deem you need a call till Friday so 111 not worth calling and the doctor ignores their advice.
