I recently had to have a little dermatology procedure that involved incision and stitching. 

Bella the nurse was fantastic and Damien the surgeon had great scalpel skills. They both had such a lovely manner and put me at ease.

The whole process was smooth and painless. Damien also explained everything in depth prior to ,during and after the procedure. 

Top marks for them both and many thanks.

It can be a worrying time attending hospital for a procedure and I am so pleased to hear that the doctor/nurses spoke to you throughout and took excellent care of you. This must have been very reassuring and helped you feel at ease.
