"They couldn't do enough for me"

About: Cloughreagh House

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I came to Cloughreagh House for two weeks following a short stay in hospital. It was like a breath of fresh air after the busyness of the hospital. 

The staff were very welcoming and they couldn't do enough for me, they were very helpful. 

I had a lovely bedroom looking out onto the garden which I'm sure is lovely in the summertime.  The whole environment was very peaceful and relaxing and I feel well rested now and ready to go home. 

I have benefited from the exercises which the physiotherapist  has given me and I feel much stronger physically. 

I thought Cloughreagh House was absolutely brilliant and I couldn't find fault with it. I would give it 150%

Thank you for the kind words you have shared about your stay here in Cloughreagh House. We aim to provide a comfortable and calm atmosphere for our Service Users as this will promote recovery and the natural elements such as the garden helps to create a soothing environment. Our garden is user friendly and is indeed lovely in the summertime.

I am also pleased that you are feeling the benefit from the imput by the physio/OT team. We are a multi-displiniary team and work together to provide a person-centred care approach for all of our Service Users.

I will share your positive feedback with the team and on behalf of all the staff I would like to wish you all the best on your journey forward.
