(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter had a sports injury to her hand requiring stitches.

Advanced Practitioner Lisa was fantastic - so professional, efficient and reassuring. She assessed her, requested and reviewed her x-ray and cleaned and neatly stitched her wound with good communication about aftercare.

The radiographers were friendly, professional and very quick, we didn’t have to wait at all.

First class service thank you.

Our Minor Injuries and Radiography teams in the Emergency Department prioritize patient care. Six months ago, following a service review, Radiology established a dedicated room in the ED for minor injuries and dental patients to enhance timely examinations. Your feedback confirms the success of this change.
