"Fantastic practice"

After a bad spell of illness, my daughter needed to see a GP. Despite the phone line being down and the lines being super busy, the receptionist was friendly and helpful—something quite rare these days. I was able to secure a next-day appointment, which I expected after calling multiple times. The doctor was welcoming and reassuring. Overall, it was a good experience. I've been going to this practice for 20 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
