"Poor signage"

My appointment letter told me to look for signs for Oral Surgery etc. This does not appear on any signs. I had to ask a staff member where to go. On arrival the unit had been renamed Head and Neck Unit, which was also not on any signs. While there I overheard a staff member explaining that they had had a delay because a patient went to the wrong place. Also in the unit staff were ignoring the red light outside the xray unit, which was left on after a procedure.
