"Very patient"

About: Perth and Kinross Health & Social Care Partnership / Public Dental Service (Tayside)

(as the patient),

I’ve had a toothache on and off for a couple of months and was failed by my dentist when I tried to phone up for help. The pain kept rising until the point where I was crying and unable to function. Kaye, the lovely receptionist was there for me and pulled me in to King’s Cross so that I may receive the medical attention I needed. Faizan, a young very capable student helped assess the issue and was very good and kind, Christy and Hal were also very patient with me as I struggle with needles. My tooth is out and I feel such a big relief, thank you to all of the staff.
