"My experience having bunion surgery"

I have had bunion surgery under Mr Sharpe at the Nightingale. The experience from initial visit to my 6 week review yesterday has been exemplary. All staff that I have come into contact with in all departments have been friendly, polite, professional and extremely competent in their explanations of what was happening or what they expected of me.

I feel astonished that considering the considerable pressures everyone in the NHS are experiencing in terms of insufficient resources, etc. That staff are able to keep whatever frustrations they may feel about this completely to themselves and to maintain a caring and highly professional manner.

I would like to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for this.
