"Always so helpful & understanding"

(as a parent/guardian),

My son's wheelchair foot rest was broken. I was so stressed about it. Went to Westmarc Fern Street office. Spoken to receptionist Maureen & there was a man Donaldson. They helped me straightaway. Was very understanding & helpful. They repaired that foot. 

I'm very much grateful to them. Fern Street office always so helpful & understanding. So grateful for their quick response & help. Please pass my regards to them. We need more people like them caring & helpful for special needs kids.
