(as a service user),

I've had a good bit of help in the house. I have had a step outside with rails either side, a rail at the side of the bath, a stool in the kitchen, and a few other bits too. Jenny, the OT has sorted this and I'd like to thank her for that. 

My Mental Health nurses came to do my yearly check-up and it was nice to have it done at home rather than at the doctors. 

Dom, the Physio has been and has been really helpful too. 

I would give them all 10/10.
