"Aftercare urology"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Urology Victoria Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I’m getting a lot of attention since my sorry to say urology bad after care review.

After speaking to senior charge nurse, she was very helpful and guiding me in the right direction with my problem, also went out her way to deliver some protection pads for me. She also arranged for me to meet head urology nurse (forgive me if title is wrong Craig)

So I met head urology nurse, he covered all aspects of recovery to me and is going to keep in touch with me to how my recovery is going, this is much better than waiting 3 months after surgery.

Urology aftercare have now jumped up from 1 star ⭐️ to 5 stars ⭐️ ,

Big big thank you

Dear Suzqz34

Thank you for providing further feedback regarding your urology experience. I am delighted to hear how helpful I was in addressing your issues. It is good to know that we were able to turn a negative experience into a positive one.

My colleague Craig (Clinical nurse specialist) was also more than happy to see you and also provide some help and guidance, I look forward to sharing your update with him.

It was a pleasure to speak to you and no trouble at all to help arrange further review for you. Your initial feedback was and is very important to us, it enables us to assess and improve our services.

I wish you well with your recovery and please do not hesitate to contact us again should you feel the need to do so.

Best wishes

Jackie
