"You are all amazing at what you do"

I would like to thank the team at veterans first point, Irvine, for the support and help provided. The service is truly brilliant and has changed my life, I cannot explain the difference they have made to my mental health. I had been struggling for some time and was advised to contact them. From day one, I became supported and given coping mechanisms with follow up appointments, which led to EMDR and medication reviews. The EMDR was an unbelievable experience and has transformed my day to day life, outlook on the future and also my relationships.

You are all amazing at what you do and from myself and family thank you for the help.
