I attended an appointment at Worcestershire Wheelchair Service to assess my wheelchair needs.

We spoke to Louise who was excellent in the way the assessment was conducted.

Many points were raised, and suggestions made for the type of wheelchair that would best suit my needs, by Louise.

She was very helpful in making me decide the best options and we quickly came to a conclusion without any issues.

Although the exact wheelchair I need wasnt in stock, Louise explained the process of ordering and timescale before I'm able to receive the chair.

At the end of the appointment I was fully satisfied with the outcome.
