(as a service user),

I was very impressed with how helpful and efficient the staff were this morning during my appointment.

I was first seen by Joey who was friendly and caring, approachable and highly professional. She arranged several tests including vaccine and blood. I was most impressed with the all procedures which were well organised. Thank you.
