About: The Princess Royal Maternity Unit / Maternity Outpatients

(as the patient),

Suzanne was was lovely. Went above and beyond to help and make me feel at ease. I won’t likely meet her again so I wanted to feed this back. She really was so thorough, showed loads of care and compassion and respected my decisions. We also had a good chat throughout my appointment which made me feel relaxed (without going over the appointment time). Thank you Suzanne.
