"Made me feel safe in his care positive about my future"

About: Community Mental Health Services / South Community Mental Health Team Gowanlea / General Psychiatry

(as a service user),

I was referred to the mental health team at Angus House in Arbroath. I had been really struggling and felt extremely anxious about attending my first appointment. It was a case of fear of the unknown.

I met with Adrian, a mental health nurse there. What can I say? He was so kind and caring, putting me at ease entirely. He is obviously extremely experienced and knowledgeable, making me feel safe in his care and far more positive about my future. I am so grateful to Adrian and his team for this lifeline I have been thrown. Thank you! 🥰
