"The whole team were welcoming, caring and supportive"

About: National Treatment Centre - Highland (Inverness) / Orthopaedics Perth Royal Infirmary / Pre-Assessment Clinic

(as the patient),

I have been on the waiting list for some time, to have a total knee replacement so when it was suggested I go to the National Treatment Centre in Inverness as I’d be seen more quickly, I jumped at the chance. Despite living in Crieff it seemed like the best plan and it did indeed turn out to be that.

Every member of staff was fantastic, the care amazing. Mr Michels the surgeon, I’d met in Perth Royal for my pre op assessment and immediately had confidence in him.

The whole team were welcoming, caring and supportive and I would just like to thank you all so much for everything.
