"I can’t praise them all enough"

I attended A+E recently with wrist pain. I was seen quite quickly. From the minute I went through to be assessed I was put at ease and treated really well. Everything was explained to me from start of the investigations, x-ray, and bloods to diagnosis.

All the staff under the leadership of Fiona the charge nurse worked as such an efficient, competent  and friendly team. Whilst in I observed that they were exactly the same with every patient that came in with excellent communication and empathy.

I can’t praise them all enough. Amazing team.
