"Rheumatology Occupational Therapy team"

I was referred to the rheumatology occupational team by my rheumatologist nurse to help with the severe fatigue I was experiencing due to my mixed connective tissue disease. I was blessed to be given an appointment with Melissa. She has been a great support to me over the last couple of months and really kept me going. Seeing me as an individual and listening to what I had to say.  She has not only helped with giving me hints and tips to deal with and alleviate the fatigue, reduce stress but also help with some of the physical symptoms I've been experiencing, with suggesting various solutions to relieve my pain, without pain killers. I can't thank her enough.
