"Casualty dept"

I recently had to go the emergency room after a head injury.  Dr Smead and the team who attended to me were all absolutely excellent.  They were so busy but as mine was an head injury they ensured I was seen very quickly and gave me scans and took bloods and the like. 

I told the doctor that some of the things she was doing should be done by the nurses but she told me that they were all the same and all could do things - so kind giving me her time.  Just a big thank you really to all of you for your help and kindness.
