Very painful splinter on sole of foot. Seen by a very helpful triage nurse who introduced himself right away this was a win win told me how long the waiting time. So impressive. A short time later again I was greeted by a happy smiling nurse who directed me to the treatment room asked me about the problem. After examining my foot it turned out not to be a glass splinter but to my surprise a verucca It certainly allayed my fear and worry. He put some padding on the foot which took the pressure off when walking. Also gave me some excellent advice on trigger finger and the number of healthshare which can help. Certainly made my day. If only all Clinicians were like this the world would be a happier place.
