"Well baby group in shantallow"

My daughter and I have been attending this group since she was 9 weeks, she is now over 2. It was my health visitor Shauna who invited me to attend as I was suffering with postnatal depression. The group has really helped me to come out of my shell and mix with other mothers and it has also brought my daughter out of her shell also and helped her reach her milestone.

Coming from a same sex relationship this group has welcomed me and made me feel valued and part of the community. I am treated with the upmost respect and don't feel embarrassed or intimidated. Both me and my daughter have made great friends from the group and I believe it has been vital in helping me be a confident and caring mother. Melanie, Tara, Natalie & Shauna are a credit to this group and we would be lost without them.
