About: Dame Carol Detoxification Service

(as a service user),

I felt very welcomed from the moment i arrived. I was very happy with my room and how clean it was. Staff extremely friendly going over and beyond expectations. They were always there for me when i needed it.  Food was great, however there were dishes I didn't like, but there were alternatives available.

From the very beginning I got strong bond with a few other clients. I could always get advice and help from professionals working here. Every morning I was greeting with a smile. All members of staff are very experienced and extremely friendly.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us feedback with regards to your treatment journey with us.

We understand how difficult it can be, particularly on your first day, so staff are always on hand to offer support, advise and reassurance.

Its good to hear you enjoyed the food. We do try to offer alternatives when we can and will also cater for dietary requirements and allergies.

Its lovely that you made strong bonds with some of the other patients during your stay, we hope you can continue to support each other.

We're really thankful for your feedback, I shall pass on your kind words to the team and we wish you all the best for the future.
