My app was at 9.30 on Monday am. I was seen on time. Everybody was very pleasant and very helpful and the lady in the scanning room explained everything in detail so that I understood. I had a total hip replacement 4 weeks ago and she was very conscious of this and helped me to adjust my stance so that I was the right height for the machine. Everything went very smoothly and quickly. You dread doing to these things, but in fact the experience was fine and I would recommend to anyone.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of our Breast service. As deputy radiographer for the breast team within the southern health and social care trust it is so reassuring for me to read your very positive comments.

I will ensure this feedback is shared with all members of the breast team. It is wonderful for staff to receive such positive feedback.

All members of the breast team strive to deliver the highest standard of care, and it is very encouraging to hear this standard is being provided and has been positive for patients.
