"Constantly let down"

I am constantly let down by Teldoc GP Sugery. I need a repeat prescription for controlled drugs every month which stresses me out because every month I run out and I have already spoken to my GP about it but still nothing has changed.

I don't usually use my GP surgery to order my medication because they have let me down before when ordering my medication but this time I only needed one item and so took a chance and again they have let me down. I posted my repeat prescription through the surgery letterbox in Leegomery more than 10 days ago and today rang the pharmacy as I had run out but they told me they haven't received my prescription from my GP.

I feel Teldoc can't cope with the amount of patients, as my experience has been shocking and my health is suffering due to their inefficiency. I feel it's about time they are held to account.

In one appointment recently I asked a GP at the surgery to check my blood pressure and I was told they couldn't because their equipment had been stolen, this just isn' t good enough.

I have also had two appointments about a persistent cough and have had two conflicting diagnoses.

I have no longer got any faith or trust in my GP surgery and won't if I can help it be using them in the future. I will order my prescriptions by way of the NHS medication ordering service and if I am ill will the 111 service at the local hospital.
