"Brilliant staff"

I want to highly compliment PODIATRY at Crosshouse Hospital at the Lester Centre here in Kilmarnoch Scotland.  

I want to personally thank ZOE(Team Leader), Sarah, & Gary for their most caring and highly efficient patient care!  

I’m diabetic (non-insolent) outpatient with a bad, possibly infected left foot where I developed a blood blister that appears went abscesses. The Podiatry team have been taking care of me a long time and I have given many compliments in the past.

This time it appears I developed a bad infection that if not for the PODIATRY Staff’s expertise and caring, I could possibly lose my left foot!

Zoe put an immediate referral to X-ray were the X-ray reception I.e. X-ray orderly CALLUM, and X-ray personal Emmer immediately took X-rays and process them back to Podiatry for further analysis.

I previously stopped in the VOLUNTEER CAFE, for I was a bit tired and the staff immediately helped me with a macaroon and coffee to offset my tiredness so I could get to X-ray. They are all very lovely staff.  

Zoe from Podiatry got me back on the appropriate medicine that I picked up at the pharmacy.  

I must say the correlation and communication of all the departments involved are tremendous!  I am so glad I live in SCOTLAND! Since the spring of 2016, I’ve been witnessing the thorough caring, attention to detail, magnificent patient care is so brilliant and made paramount!

Thank God we have these NHS services to help people and thank God we have the brilliant staff at the Cross House Hospital in Kilmarnoch that keep giving and making their best better everyday! 

There are so many places in the world that don’t have this NHS system, I thank God everyday we do!
