About: General practices in Lothian

(as a service user),

I was seen yesterday by Dr Bukte after calling in the morning for an appointment.

She was absolutely lovely, from the offset she made me feel very comfortable in what was a nerve-wracking appointment. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me very thoroughly and clearly.

I felt very heard and all of my concerns were addressed which made me feel at ease.
