From the moment I arrived at the unit I was well looked after by all of the staff I encountered. When I almost fainted the nurses (especially Elaine and Yvonne) helped me through it and I felt quite safe and cared for. At every step of the process all of the staff I met were friendly, professional, and reassuring. The other patients I met also seemed quite at ease and were being well cared for by the medical staff.

It can be overwhelming having everything explained and patient safety is our no. 1 priority and I am so glad we helped you navigate through your almost faint and on to having the procedure and a safe discharge home.
