"Unpleasant triage"

I attended A and E in Craigavon Area Hospital in the early hours one day mid March. They was a nurse in triage who was very arrogant and unhelpful. This is not what I expected.

This is not the standard of care we would expect any staff member to give any patient. Should you have a similar experience, please ask for the nurse in charge or ward manager, and we would be happy to help.
