"Amazing staff who offer brilliant care"

I have had to phone for advice on two separate occasions during my pregnancy. Firstly the receptionists are so lovely and always give that extra bit if reassurance and empathy. Both times I have been contacted by triage nurses who both have been an absolute credit to the service. They have been so knowledgeable, supportive, good listeners and helped to decide what was the next best move for me. Yesterday the lovely lady said she would prefer me to go straight to A&E but dealt with it in such a gentle way. They both have been the most amazing nurses I have dealt with and a credit to the service. On the previous occasion I also seen a doctor who was so gentle and although couldn't do anything for my issue at the time he gave me the time to be listened to when I know they are so busy. So thank you for a brilliant experience.
