"Still waiting for them to ring back"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

My appointment with gynaecologist was cancelled and I was not told. Called and left several messages to also check up on my biopsy which was done over 3 weeks ago still waiting for them to ring me, I think this is not good enough.
