I recently visited Royal Victoria Hospital, Dundee, to have a blood transfusion. I cannot emphasise too much how well I was treated by all members of staff, from the minute my wife and I entered the building we were treated with civility and help. Special mention needs to be made of Linsey who was in charge of the whole procedure, a real credit to the hospital.
