Called today to register at this surgery. Very abrupt system with very little options. Chose option 4 for prescriptions and admin requests, only to be sent a prescription request by text and the call was ended. There is no other option to talk to anyone other than appointment requests. Why would I want to add to that queue and inconvenience actually ill patients? Typically poor service.
