Superb care from ambulance response to A&E processing to Cardiac Unit treatment. Exemplary leadership by senior nurse in cardio lab during stent surgery. Caring and sensitive handling on the ward ( even if challenging patients). A brilliant model of total system process, leadership and exemplary care.
