"Excellent Practice "

I went to the Surgery today for a blood test, with the only Nurse in the world who can actually get blood out of me, I'm needle phobic and all veins go into shock and disappear ! I also discussed ongoing medication with the reception and dispensing staff which was sorted quickly and with imaginative conversation. Both experiences were so good, as always.

I have been with Ninfield Surgery for over 25 years, and seen many changes. But always, the doctors, practitioners, reception staff, health care assistants etc, have been kind, helpful, going the extra mile and giving first class care. Over the last couple of months I have had more reasons to contact, and visit the Surgery for my needs, and also it's cluster colleagues in Bexhill for my nearly 91yr old Mama's appointments. Each time the smiles, humour, concern and care from all departments make the visits more calm, less stressful: and the results always discussed and clearly explained.

Our Village continues to expand, and this incredible Surgery will be more tested as numbers increase; I'm sure everyone will be welcomed with the usual professional, kind courtesy that I,

and so many other residents have experience .
