"I haven't felt so respected, cared for and listened to"

Nothing could have been done better. I would like to thank all of the team!

I have had some unfortunate episodes in hospitals locally. These I don't need to go over because my theory is if you can't say anything positive , don't say anything at all and I truly can't think of anything positive to say of my care in hospital.

I have never heard of the Urgent Community Response Team until recently, but my goodness, it has restored my faith in the NHS. I Have never received such caring , thorough treatment for at least 40 years. I am dyslexic so never fill these forms in but I am so impressed with all of the staff that have visited me that I felt I had to express my gratitude to the team.

There was nothing that they could have done better.

All the staff were very caring they made me feel I was important they listened and treated me with respect. I haven't felt this from any member of NHS for many years apart from my surgeon who did my knee replacement. Well done NHS you have achieved more with this team than I could have imagined.
