"A gold standard experience"

I just wanted to write to say what a gold standard experience I had at this clinic. It is daunting at any age to go to a gynae appointment. The nurse specialist and her team were exceptional from start to finish.

I was treated as an individual, I was actively listened to with care and compassion. Each member of the team were clearly focused on ensuring that my experience was a positive one. Every stage of the process was explained to me clearly. At every stage the staff checked with me to ensure  that I was ok and comfortable with what was happening.

The whole team worked together to ensure that my experience was a comfortable one.  The nurse specialist was incredibly knowledgeable about all that was discussed. I cannot remember the individual names but please pass onto the whole team that they were wonderful from start to finish
