"Made to feel at ease during the examination"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Urology

(as a service user),

Nurses very attentive. A consultant came and explained everything beforehand. I was nervous to start with but was made to feel at ease during the examination.

I am pleased to hear that the nurses were very attentive and that you were provided an explanation by the consultant prior to your examination.

It is good to know how the staff helped to make you feel more relaxed and at ease during the examination.
