I felt low, couldnt do what i loved doing ( which was looking after my 3 grandchildren) incase one of them was sick. My ocd was through the roof and out of control. My life consisted of cleaning, washing my hands a lot and more cleaning. It consumed my life and i reached out for help.
My therapist broke down my problems and we worked on them gradually. Approaching each problem so it could be overcome. Slowly but surely as the weeks went on my ocd dropped drastically, hand washing too. It was all slotting into place. Best thing i ever did was to reach out and now i feel like a completely different person and i feel able to get on with life a lot happier
