"I feel 8 sessions wasn't enough"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Havant

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I loved the women's group and made such a connection with the women in the group but feel that 8 sessions wasn't enough. I feel it would be really helpful if this group was open ended and ongoing, is this possible?

Thankyou for the feedback and it's great to hear that you enjoyed the womans group. The program is currently a pilot and is designed to have a beginning and an end. 8 weeks is the suggested timeframe with-in the program/session design - this will be reviewed as we go forward and any feedback will be used to develop the group, structure, design and delivery. Open ended groups with-out a structured element can sometimes drift and result in more of a meet-and-chat format which we would encourage to done in our open access area at any time during the day over a coffee.

Thankyou again for taking the time to submit your thoughts
