"CCU - First Class - 5 Stars"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

After a recent stay in CCU in QEQM waiting to go to St Georges in Tooting. The team, from the sister right through to the cleaner and catering staff, couldnt have been nicer or more helpful and created a positive experience in difficult times. The nursing staff were very knowledgeable and made both patient and family feel confident in the handling of their care. Even the food options for gluten intolerance were far better and tastier than a recent comparable experience in a London hospital. This team really do know how to care for patients and their families which is just as important when times are stressful. Here you are a person and patient not just a bed number, couldnt recommend them highly enough.

Thank you so much for writing in with your beautiful feedback.

I am so pleased that you had such a good experience with all the staff you encountered across the duration of your patient journey.

we want our patients to leave our hospitals feeling exactly as you described and I will make sure your account is shared with the department.

Kind regards

Josh
