I recently attended the Pre-Assessment Unit. I would simply like to thank the staff in the unit (my principal nurse was Andrea) for their kindness and professionalism in taking me through the process.
The introductory letter from the Health Board confirming the appointment was informative and helpful, and the process to date from referral by my GP to the Urology department has been very efficient and the staff commendable.
