I had a very disappointing experience at this facility. I waited for over 12 hours in total, provided a urine test around 2 o’clock, and by 7 o’clock, I still hadn’t received a call from a doctor. The delay and lack of communication were incredibly frustrating.

As a pregnant patient experiencing significant discomfort, I expected more attentive care and timely response. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling neglected and unsupported. It seems that patient care is not a priority here, and improvements are definitely needed.
