"Not Good Practice"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

I was at the A& E yesterday with the symptoms of chest pain and headache, A blood test, ECG and Xray was carried out.

The doctor that attended to me said they will give me a call concerning one more test thats was carried out with my bloods that i should go home, i told him i can wait for the result but he ask me to go and till now i have not been contacted.

Till now i have not received any call from

them, i was not given any discharge letter also.
