(as the patient),

I wanted to give some extremely positive and grateful feedback about my GP practice (Stewarton medical centre) that I’ve had quite a lot of contact with recently, after usually not requiring their care very often.

GPs are under so much strain just now (as is the rest of the NHS) but despite this I have never had an issue getting an appointment quickly and being treated with such care and respect.

Onward referrals or treatment started promptly and never being made to feel as though I needed to fight for something. I’m just so very grateful and thankful that I have access to such a lovely community health care team. Thank you.
