"Kind and efficient"

I had a check up with respiratory consultant. Everything was done so kindly and efficiently, whoever I met in the department was helpful and cheerful.  The consultant was very caring and very thorough and I feel it was a worthwhile visit.  The respiratory nurse and the nurse who took my blood sample could not have been nicer, not forgetting the pleasant and efficient receptionist at the front desk. - what a difference a smile makes!
