"I was totally blown away by the level of care"

About: Causeway Hospital / Accident & Emergency Causeway Hospital / Surgical 2

(as a relative),

My father fell unwell in mid March and was taken to Causeway Hospital by ambulance.

He spent time in recuss and then was moved to Surgical 2.

From the moment he arrived at the hospital I was totally blown away by the level of care he received and also the friendliness and professionalism of the staff we met.

Every single person. From consultants to cleaning staff each person carried out their role to perfection and were beyond helpful and never failed to answer any questions.

What a total credit to our health system they are.!

Hello Patxf87

My name is Victoria McCrory and I am the Assistant Clinical Services Manager for Causeway ED. I am sorry to hear that your father has recently been unwell and had to attend ED for assessment.

I am glad to hear that whilst in the department your father received a good standard of care, and staff were both friendly and professional.

I will ensure this positive feedback is shared with all staff in the dept. Positive feedback is vital in boosting staff morale and reminding staff of the fabulous work they continue to do.

Yours Sincerely

Victoria McCrory
