"My appointment was very satisfactory"

I would just like to say that having had to have the need for medical advice and assistance I am very grateful for the understanding way in which I was seen at Lockerbie medical practice Dumfriesshire.

Everything was explained to me in a way which was clear and positive, not sure if I can use names but Dr Ahmad was wonderful, also the treatment I have been put on is having a positive effect which is making such a difference. I also saw Dr Ramsden a few weeks ago for a different complaint and once again my appointment was very satisfactory.

I think praise where praise is due and this surgery definitely deserves it, from doctors receptionists, nurses, physios etc would just like to say a big thank you from me.
