"She formed a rapport straight away"

About: Children & Young People Physical Health / Doncaster Zone 5-19 School Nursing

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was referred to the school nursing team and began seeing Jane.

Jane has been fantastic from the beginning, she formed a rapport straight away with my daughter and quickly became someone who she could confined in. Jane got to know my daughter as a person which i felt was imperative to building her trust.

Jane was excellent at keeping myself, the parent, updated which i appreciated.

When Jane felt my daughter would benefit from other services involved Jane was excellent at explaining options and sign posting/providing information for further support we could get my daughter.

Thank you Jane for supporting her, she will miss you.
